UPSELLING POLICY
We allow upselling with a 20/80 profit split: SELLER retains 20%, and the Buyers Group retains 80%. Please note, Seller does not facilitate sample shipments for testing.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- No Spot Deals or Separate Trial Orders: We do not facilitate spot deals or separate trial orders from contract orders. Any trial order will be included as part of the overall contract, extending the total contract period to 13 months. The first shipment serves as the trial order and will be counted towards the entire contract. The minimum quantity for a trial order is 10 FCL of each product ordered.
- Purpose of Trial Shipments: The trial shipment is intended to ensure that logistics are streamlined from both the seller's and the buyer's perspectives.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection: Pre-shipment inspections are covered by the seller and will be conducted by an independent third-party inspection authority to verify that all methods, specifications, quality, and quantity standards are met. Any additional inspections required will be at the buyer’s expense.
- Documentation Policy: We do not issue past performance documents or any documents unrelated to the current transaction.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- MT700 Documentary Letter of Credit: Transferable, irrevocable, confirmed, and revolving for the contract period. Payment at sight against shipping documents.
- Alternative Payment Option: 50% deposit and 50% payable against shipping documents via SWIFT transfer.
