Since the inception of Kingdom Trade Group in 2021, my ambition has been to introduce innovative solutions to the complex and multifaceted challenges in the international commodities market. Through our experience in a wide range of sectors, including medical supply procurement, trade finance, commodities import/export, and downstream petroleum operations, we have developed best trade practices to facilitate secure and successful trade.
I firmly believe that the cornerstone of success in this industry lies in fair and honest trade practices, complemented by thorough due diligence and unwavering commitment. These principles are crucial not just for successful transactions, but also for establishing meaningful and strategic alliances with experienced professionals in the field.
One significant manifestation of this vision has been the launch of our Business-to-Business service. Todd Marks is a well-known figure in Tampa, Florida, recognized for his unwavering dedication and significant contributions to the legal field. His leadership at Westchase Law and Westchase Title, since 2006, stands as a testament to his legal acumen and commitment to excellence. A graduate of George Mason University School of Law (Juris Doctor, cum laude, 2001), Todd distinguished himself academically, serving as the Symposium Editor for the George Mason Law Review. He laid the groundwork for his career with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1996, majoring in Marketing and Finance.
Todd's legal journey is marked by a broad spectrum of experiences, including roles in private law practices across Virginia and Washington, D.C., and serving as Chief of Staff to a City Councilmember in Cincinnati. His diverse legal expertise spans commercial real estate, bankruptcy practice groups, and a wide array of client representation in corporate formations, family law, and real estate transactions. Todd's ability to share his insights extends to various courts, including participation in attorney fee hearings.
His professional affiliations are extensive, encompassing memberships in the Florida State Bar, Virginia State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, and the Federal Bar Association. Todd is admitted to practice in multiple districts, including Florida and Virginia, and has specialized jurisdiction in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits.
Todd's commitment to community service is equally notable. He serves on the board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has contributed to the Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board. His dedication extends to his role as a Board Member of Church at the Bay, reflecting his deep-seated commitment to societal welfare.
