Our offerings are available on flexible delivery terms including FOB Dubai, CFR, and CIF ASWP, tailored for customers ordering between 100 MT to 5,000 MT per month. For larger volume orders, we encourage you to contact us directly for specially reduced quotations to meet your needs.

Quantity Available:
  • Minimum: 100 MT
  • Maximum: 50,000 MT per month
  • Dispatch Limit: Maximum 10,000 MT per port per month due to container limitations.

  • New steel drum (Net Weight: 180 ± 2.5 kg, Gross Weight: 190 ± 2.5 kg)
  • Each 20' container is stuffed with 110 drums.

Terms of Payment:
  • Option 1: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-Transferable LC 100% at Sight via Dubai.
  • Option 2: 30% Cash in Advance and 70% balance against Custom Clearance Documents.
  • Long-Term Orders: Revolving LC is acceptable, must be 100% at sight, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, and Confirmed. Note that long-term prices will not be fixed; conditions must account for price variability and delivery schedules for SBLC deals over 1-2 years.

  • Transshipment: Allowed
  • First Shipment: Minimum 100 MT within 20-35 days after receiving operative LC.

  • GEO CHEM inspection for LC shipments and SGS inspection for TT shipments. Certification provided by the seller at the port of loading.
Additional Notes:
  • Final price with 1 MT jumbo bags and metal cage packaging is $5 per ton less than barrel packaging.
  • Grades equivalency:
    • Grades 50/70 and VG30 are the same as 60/70.
    • Grade 35/50 is the same as 40/50.
    • Grade 70/100 is the same as 80/100.

Prices are based on a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100 MT. Orders over 5,000 MT are eligible for a $5 USD/MT discount.

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
    • TT Payment: Minimum order quantity is 100 MT.
    • LC Payment: Minimum order quantity is 500 MT.
  2. Commission:
    • The prices offered are gross prices including $5.00/MT commission.
  3. Special Orders:
    • Grade 40/50 is considered a special order and requires prior arrangements.
    • Minimum order quantity for Grade 40/50 is 1,000 MT.
  4. Price Subject to Change:
    • Prices are officially announced on a weekly basis (every Sunday).
    • Prices are subject to change without notice based on market conditions, including changes in crude oil prices, supply and demand, and global bitumen prices.
    • Always confirm prices before placing orders.
SCO & FCO:
  • This is not a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
  • To receive an FCO and draft contract, you must first provide a valid Letter of Intent (LOI).
Letter of Intent (LOI) Requirements:
  1. Date: The LOI must be freshly dated.
  2. Format: Only PDF file format is accepted.
  3. Letterhead: Ensure the letterhead is genuine. Check for any signs of cut, paste, or editing in the letterhead.
LOI Content Requirements:
  • Complete company details including name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address.
  • Specific details including quantity, duration, destination port, price idea, specification, origin, and banking details.
  • The LOI must be a soft probe.
  • The document must be signed and stamped by the CEO, Managing Director (MD), or General Manager (GM).

Procedure:
  1. Buyer Issues Fresh LOI:
    • LOI must be a soft probe.
  2. Seller Issues FCO:
    • Buyer confirms the FCO.
  3. Contract Signing:
    • Seller and Buyer sign and seal the contract and Proforma Invoice.
  4. Payment and Loading:
    • TT Deals: Buyer pays the advance amount. Seller starts loading the cargo, and the buyer pays the balance amount with a scan copy of shipment documents.
    • LC Deals: Buyer's bank issues an operative Irrevocable and Confirmed LC, payable 100% at Sight, covering the total value of the Contract/Proforma Invoice (PI), to be issued or confirmed by a top World Bank.
  5. Shipment:
    • Shipment will commence according to the conditions of the contract and the agreed schedule.
