Payment Terms:

• Payment Method: MT103, 100% against Proforma Invoice
• Payment Release: 100% payment against signed contract, invoice, and quality and quantity report (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) at the warehouse in Tucuman, Argentina.

Delivery and Procedures:

• Delivery Time: First shipment completed within 5-10 days after confirmation of 100% payment in the seller's bank account.
• Inspection: SGS Inspection at the seller's expense at the warehouse in Tucuman, Argentina.
• Insurance: 110% insurance covered by the seller.

Transaction Process:

1. Signing the FCO: The buyer will provide the ICPO with bank information and a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL).
2. Proforma Invoice: Upon verifying the buyer's capacity, the seller will issue a Proforma Invoice to the buyer. Both parties will check, sign, stamp, and exchange the signed PI. All correspondence can be managed digitally or in person.
