    • Buyer signs the CI and receives Proof of Product (POP).
    • Buyer can proceed with:

      • Requesting a sample for verification at the buying refinery.

  4. Schedule Pickup and Laycan

    • Finalize logistics and schedule laycan.

  5. Load and Payment

    • Load the ship and make payment against the Bill of Lading (B/L).
    • For deferred payments (e.g., post-departure or within 15 days), a financial instrument must be provided.
